Data collection and use
The Hoffmann Platform collects the personal data needed to allow athletes and coaches to follow the Hoffmann methodology based on the tournament calendar. The data includes contact information, training data and sports history.
Interest form (companies and coaches)
Controller. Form data is processed by Nome e CNPJ/CPF do controlador.
Purpose. We use your name, email, phone, company and message only to reply to you and present the platform. We also ask, in ranges, how many athletes you or your company coach, to understand the size of your work.
Legal basis. Consent (LGPD, art. 7, I), given when you check the authorization in the form.
Retention. We keep form data for up to 12 months after submission and then delete it. A technical network identifier used against spam is deleted after 30 days.
Your rights. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data and withdraw consent at any time.
How to request deletion. Write to privacidade@tenniscourtlab.com.br from the address you used in the form. We delete the data and confirm by email.
Legal basis
The processing of your data is based on the consent you give when creating your account, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13,709/2018).
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and request the deletion of your data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact the platform's administrative team.
Security
We apply technical and administrative measures to protect your data, including password hashing with Argon2, HTTPS connections in production and role-based access control.
